I love to watch the Blue Sea.....

 We are always attracted to sea and sky. The blue colour is the favourite colour of people around the world. I prefer shades of blue for my bedroom wall to experience the calmness before bed and when wake up in the early morning. My favourite colour during meditation is also blue which can induce wisdom and peace in my mind and soul.
Blue associates with the qualities such as depth, wisdom, calmness, openness and peace. A meditative state is occurred when we are focussing on the blue sea. It is due to the presence of blue water along with the blue horizon and the murmuring of the waves we are able to feel a sense of healing in body and mind, calmness, happiness and contentment with the life in the present. We can be away from stress and strain while enjoying the beauty of blue sea, be in a meditative state by watching the wavy nature of water, be in a feel of connectedness with a 'we' feeling and be in a more healthier, happier and harmonious state.
