Do what your innerself loves...

We should live for us. That doesn't me we should forget others. If you can live for you then only you can do anything for others. To be happy, to be healthy, to be kind, to be compassionate, to be peace at mind we have to take care of ourselves. On the other hand if you are taking care of others sacrificing your life means you may be having an agenda to get applause from others. All the time nobody is going to get appreciated and recognised by others. So when we lack the appreciation from outside it affects our attitude and it slips into hurt, pain and hate. Slowly stress starts to rule over  one's happiness, comfort and peace and weakens physically and mentally. The real key to happiness is to take care of self and not to live your life for others with a feel of sacrifice.
