Coconut tree is the main crop in our beautiful State, Kerala also known as 'God's own Country'. We were amazed to see coconut palms growing nice at Cozumel, Mexico. Tender coconut were the attraction at the beach resort to quest the thirst of the tourists. Coconut dishes were served in the restaurants. More over coconut leaf craft inspired us to learn weaving coconut leaves and were truly motivated to have one finished product with us. It was so nice to see the coconut leaf products such as star, hat, fish, flowers, baskets, idols, thatching roof and much more.
