Yoga as a lifestyle....

Yoga is not a religion. It is a healthy lifestyle. I thank 'God' for being a yoga master. Salutations to my Guru, Maharaj Vethathiri Maharishi. After learning yoga from our local centre I got an opportunity to attend the master course conducted by our Guru. Three decades back I participated in a master course of Simplified Kundalini Yoga (SKY) at the 'Temple of Consciousness', Aliyar, near Pollachi, Tamil Nadu and succeeded to become a master in yoga. Yoga is the success key for a healthy, happy and harmonious life. My aim when I became a master in yoga was to do service to the mankind, especially to women. The attitude of serving made me to be attached with yoga, to do yoga, write on yoga, share the merits of yoga in daily life and to conduct classes in social organisations of women and children. Thanks to my students and clients for keeping me fit. A few minutes of yoga and meditation recharges the body and mind with positive energy within to harvest positivity in activities. Yoga gives enough stretching in our body which is essential for active and energetic life. Good health and peaceful mind are the highlights of yoga. Yoga balances body, mind and soul enabling to attain perfect equilibrium. A peaceful person can only build up harmony. The harmony makes life joyful and contented through self awareness and better intuition.
Yoga is universal, yoga is the need of the hour and yoga is safe without any side effects. In my life, there is no room for boredom, I am busy doing yoga, teaching yoga, preaching yoga and writing on yoga.
