Peace, the Basement for Hope & Confidence....

Peace is the highest value of humanity. Peace is non violence. Peace is the internal state of mind which leads to the perfect balance of body, mind and soul. Peace provides unity, harmony and tranquillity. All love to be at peace. Without peace means it is violence. We used to chant mantras for peace. Chanting the word 'Peace' is even a mantra. This mantra is being chanted in various contexts and in various fields such as Global peace, International peace, National peace, External peace and Inner peace. Peace is the 'Panacea' to thwart the animalistic nature of mankind. The survival instinct of flight or fight is still in the body chemistry of man as it was needed eons back to ensure his survival. Through the experience of his clan life he realized that harmony is a need of fraternity. This helps him to live from fear of violence and conflicts and his ensuing search for harmony, kindness and love is imprinted in the mantra 'Peace'.
The Magna - Carta of all the isms whether political, religious or other is to provide a peaceful environment to the people since peace is the basement for hope, confidence and development. Peace has different connotations when combined with law and order, justice, health, safety, prosperity, equality, security and friendliness. The under current of all these institutions is to create peace.
It is the craving for peace which sustains the life from an amoeba to human being  from destruction to development. In the modern world restrictions are imposed by law for freedom and civil disturbances. When the thought, action or talk of a person is disturbed it will hamper the calmness of the person. Only through a state of harmony of the sense organs with the tune of the environment, human beings can grow and develop. Hope and confidence are the key components to grow self esteem and self respect in individuals. The state of tranquillity and serenity by which humankind can survive in harmony is termed as 'Peace'.
