Forgiveness the essential key to Peace

 All of us are basically selfish. What ever we do we expect something in return. We should definitely be thankful to those who stood by us. But we should concentrate daily on kind acts to do good for others, without expecting anything, which absolutely brings internal satisfaction and happiness.
Everybody is unique and right in their own way. Accept others what they are in their way. Every event has some significance. Do not get bothered in other's mistakes. For the sake of our own health and happiness forget about others problems. Not only forget if it affects us forgive them wholeheartedly. Forgiveness means releasing our own feeling of hurt, pain, stress and anger. It helps to develop compassion, kindness, love and respect for the one who hurt us. Otherwise our blood pressure will be increasing.

Forgiveness  helps one to adapt with any hard situation and face the challenge with confidence.

Forgiveness makes one accepted among others and spiritually enlightened.
