Improve health, relationships and prosperity by being compassionate....

Seeing or imagining yourself as same to others enhances the feeling of compassion. When watching an incident in the television or reading  a news about a tragedy or a painful state of an individual or a creature, try to put a human face on the suffering and think or imagine what their lives have been like. If we recollect the situations when we were distressed and the people who gave their shoulder to lean upon to hear us on our grieves, and the comfort we felt in return, helps us to feel and be more compassionate towards others. Compassion is the emotion that feel for others and the strong will to help them in their distressed situations. Nobody is born with the emotion being compassionate. It can be strengthened by regular practice and a strong will to make a difference in the world. Self respect is the important key  to be compassionate and the feel that we are strong enough to make a change. Compassion helps the heart rate to slow down and as a result the 'oxytocin' the bonding hormone
is secreted, and ignite the regions of the brain connected to empathy, concern and feelings of joy which makes our approach caring and concerning to other people. It is literally the feeling to suffer together and feeling motivated to alleviate the sufferings.
Compassion is contagious and spread compassion to the next generation by kindling kindness. To be compassionate needs to have the feeling that we all are one, created by the Almighty. Try to be compassionate to all, yourself, loved ones, family members, friends, strangers and even enemies and this help you to meditate on compassion. Being compassionate helps one to be in a more positive state enjoying emotions such as happiness and satisfaction and they are always sincere and committed. Compassionate people are more sociable and hence with a great immunity level. Compassion makes one feel great and stay in good health and prosperity.
So learn compassion, teach compassion and share and spread compassion .
