Be with nature and experience the "Divine"....

Spend time with nature to feel more happier and experience the 'Divine'. Nature remind us that we are connected to all living things and made of the same substance by the Almighty. Nature bring us to reality. Being with nature, we have to tune with it just like other living beings tuned for their survival.
We can't set the temperature to 70 degree Celsius.
We can't stop raining or stop wind and storm.
We have to go with the muscle burn and pain of the brisk walk.
These make us think about how little control we have. We also understand the hardships and lack of control are part of our life. Nature really helps us to bear the hardships and possibly feel the joy of being alive. Ecosystems embody harmony and balance. Nature helps us to have exercises and improve our physical health. Nature makes us feel good and helps us heal. Nature also helps us calm down and experience silence and stillness. Nature brings us closer to our own Spirit and to the Supreme Spirit. We can sense the inner self , that is the true we.
