'Jana Gana Mana' the national anthem of India is the poem composed by Rabindranath Tagore in Bengali language. The poem was translated Hindi and Urdu by Abid Ali. The poem has five stanzas and the performing time takes approximately 52 seconds to sing the song. The song was adopted by the Constituent Assembly as the National Anthem of India on 24th January 1950. The song speaks the true essence and freedom struggle in India. It shows India as the richest cultural country in the world. It also reveals the path and struggle of our freedom fighters fought to make our nation free from the British. 'Unity in Diversity' is the great message in Jana Gana Mana to ensure the togetherness of people in all religions with an equal bond of love and friendship. While singing, in respect for the national anthem Jana Gana Mana the citizens stand up in respect irrespective of place, mood and surroundings.
