The images were captured on Shivrathri festival. On seeing the pictures I was so happy to see the beauty of light glitters. The bridge in the background is only for pedestrians to up and down the temple of Lord Shiva at Aluva. It was inaugurated last year. The bridge is illuminated and the light that glitters on the water is a feast to the eyes. The mind will really turn poetic observing the beautiful picturesque scene. Lots of people will come to Aluva to worship in the temple and enjoy the festival of Shivrathri with their friends and relatives. Shivrathri festival is the signature of our beautiful city which is only one kilometre away from Aluva railway station and 10 kilometres away from Kochi airport.
