Any task at home enjoy! It is monsoon going on! Coconut oil is less in the pantry. Have some coconuts in our store house. Just observed the weather forecast. Found bright sunlight with rain flashes in between. Any decided to proceed and take care. De husked the coconuts on Tuesday. Broke it and sun dried on Wednesday. Thursday morning, started separating the coconut out of the shells and sliced it. We both finished the task and 9am. Then spread it on a sheet outside go drying. With a book in hand spent the time reading and waiting for rain. At 5.30pm the sunlight vanished, so packed it for tomorrow. It’s a special work! The result is we are going to have home made coconut oil. Coconuts from our farm, through our hands getting to copra!
