Happy weekend cooking with Soya chunks












Weekend cooking is always exciting with trials.Today the main ingredient is Soya chunks. Coming week is due for grocery shopping. So decided to cook the Soya chunks in the pantry which was bought two months ago.With a determination, yesterday took out the Soya chunks, washed it and boiled in water for 10 minutes. Then drained out and allow to cook in normal water. After half an hour, squeezed them, then marinated with ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, kashmiri chilli powder and refrigerate overnight. 

Took out the Soya chunks, divided into three.
First portion chopped and cooked soya chunk fried rice.
Second portion cut into slender pieces and prepared masala roast.
Third portion turns out to wheat flour coated fritters.
The fritters and the fried rice are new recipes for me. 
We enjoyed our lunch. Happy lunch and happy Sunday.
